Dental Implants: Lifetime Material Guarantee

Many clinics claim to offer a lifetime guarantee for dental implants, but this often only applies to material fractures or defects covered by the manufacturer. At Dera Dental Clinic, we go further by providing a lifetime guarantee for implant material and a 10-year guarantee for the treatment itself.

If a dental implant fails within 10 years (a global failure rate of approximately 5%), we will replace it once at no charge, provided no conditions invalidate the guarantee.

Dental Crowns: 5-Year Guarantee

Our dental crowns are guaranteed for 5 years against breakage, chipping, or cement failure. For minor repairs, such as composite restoration or re-cementing, Dera Dental Clinic will offer a one-time contribution of up to 100 Euro for treatment in your home country.

If no conditions invalidate the guarantee, we will cover all dental and laboratory costs required to fix the issue during your visit.

Dental Bridges: 5-Year Guarantee

Dental bridges are covered by a 5-year guarantee against breakage, chipping, or cement failure. For minor adjustments, Dera Dental Clinic will make a one-time contribution of up to 100 Euro for corrective treatment in your home country.

If no conditions invalidate the guarantee, we will cover all necessary costs during your clinic visit.

Dental Laminate Veneers: 3-Year Guarantee

Our dental laminate veneers are guaranteed for 3 years against breakage, chipping, or cement failure.

As long as no conditions invalidate the guarantee, all necessary costs for rectification will be covered during your visit to our clinic.

Guarantee periods represent the time frame during which treatment corrections are fully covered under the policy. To maximize the lifespan of your treatments, proper oral hygiene and regular dental check-ups are essential.

Conditions that may invalidate the guarantee include poor oral hygiene, failure to follow post-treatment care instructions, accidents or trauma, additional treatments performed by third parties, or health conditions affecting oral structures.
